Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to food products or items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
My products are edible sugar decorations, therefore returns are not accepted.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to provide a suitable solution (replacement / partial refund).
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import fees required by their country’s law.
If a parcel is refused due to duties/taxes and returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (including carrier “return to sender” fees). In such cases, only the item price may be refunded once the product is received back in acceptable condition; original shipping is non-refundable.
